How is the AMC cost decided?
It depends on the number of pumps, motors and panels, the building's size and the visit frequency you choose. We inspect the site first, then give the committee a written quote with the full scope listed. There are no hidden charges.
How often do you visit under an AMC?
Most societies choose monthly or quarterly preventive visits, with breakdown visits whenever needed in between. Frequency is set in the contract based on your equipment and its age.
Are spare parts included in the AMC?
Routine consumables and labour are covered as per the agreed scope. Major spares are quoted separately at transparent rates before any work, so the committee always approves costs first.
Can we switch to you mid-year from another contractor?
