Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Before You Even Ask

Everything committees, facility managers and owners usually want to know about our pumps, electrical work, AMCs and service.

Pumps & Motors

Repair, rewinding, installation and everything in the pump room.

Which pumps and motors do you service?

Submersible, monoblock, centrifugal, booster, jockey, fire-fighting and dewatering pumps, plus the motors and starters that drive them. We work on all common makes found in Mumbai buildings, including Kirloskar, Crompton, CRI, Texmo and Grundfos.

Is it better to rewind a burnt motor or replace it?

It depends on the motor's age, core condition and how it failed. Rewinding usually restores full performance at a fraction of replacement cost. We inspect the core first and tell you honestly when replacement is the smarter spend.

Why does water pressure drop on the upper floors?

Common causes are a worn impeller, an undersized or failing booster pump, airlocks, or a hydro-pneumatic system that has drifted out of tune. A site inspection with pressure readings identifies the exact cause before any parts are recommended.

Do you service fire-fighting pumps for fire audits?

Yes. We service and test main, jockey and sprinkler pumps, record pressure and flow readings, and give you the documentation needed to clear fire-safety audits.

Do you handle basement flooding and dewatering?

Yes, this is a Mumbai speciality of ours. We provide emergency pump-out for flooded basements and parking, plus permanent dewatering installations and pre-monsoon preparation for societies.

Electrical Works

Panels, wiring, DG sets and common-area systems.

Do you handle common-area electrical work for societies?

Yes, that is our specialty. Meter rooms, panels, pump starters, staircase and compound lighting, DG changeovers and everything in between, either as one-off jobs or under an AMC.

Our building keeps tripping. Can you find the cause?

Yes. Repeated tripping usually points to overloads, leakage currents or loose connections. We trace the fault with proper instruments, fix the root cause and load-balance the phases so it does not recur.

Do you supply materials or only labour?

Both. We supply quality switchgear, cabling and fittings with the work, or work with materials your society procures, whichever the committee prefers. Either way, pricing is itemised and transparent.

Can you prepare our building for EV chargers?

Yes. We carry out a load study, check panel and cable capacity, and plan the upgrades needed so EV charging points can be added safely without overloading the building's supply.

Do you work on DG sets and changeover panels?

We handle the electrical side of generator installations: connections, auto and manual changeover panels, and load balancing so backup power comes on cleanly when the mains fails.

AMC & Contracts

How our Annual Maintenance Contracts work.

What does an AMC include?

Scheduled preventive visits, cleaning and servicing of covered equipment, a written report after every visit, and priority breakdown response. Scope and frequency are tailored to your building after a site assessment.

How is the AMC cost decided?

By the number of pumps, motors and panels, the building's size and the visit frequency. We inspect first, then give a written quote with the full scope listed and no hidden charges.

Can we take an AMC for pumps only, or electrical only?

Yes. We offer a pump and motor AMC, an electrical AMC, and a combined society AMC. Most societies choose the combined plan because one team then covers both water and power.

Can we switch from our current contractor mid-year?

Yes. We start with a condition audit of your equipment, document everything in writing, and take over without downtime.

Do AMC clients really get faster emergency response?

Yes. AMC sites are priority one on our 24x7 line. Because we already know your pump room and panels, diagnosis is also faster when something does fail.

Operations & Maintenance

Day-to-day questions from committees and facility managers.

How often should society pumps be serviced?

For most buildings, preventive servicing every one to three months keeps pumps reliable, with the exact frequency depending on equipment age and usage. Fire pumps should also be test-run regularly with readings recorded.

What should we do before the monsoon?

Get dewatering pumps tested, basement drainage cleared, panel rooms waterproofed and earthing checked before the first heavy rain. We run pre-monsoon checks for societies every year; book them in April or May.

What is included in your service reports?

Work carried out, readings taken (pressure, current, insulation as applicable), parts used, observations on wear, and recommendations with priorities, so the committee always knows the condition of its equipment.

Are your technicians in-house or subcontracted?

Our work is carried out by our own field-trained technicians under our supervision. That is how we keep workmanship and safety standards consistent.

Pricing & Service Area

Coverage, quotes and how to get started.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Mulund West and serve housing societies, commercial buildings and industrial units across Mumbai. For locations just outside the city, contact us; we take up nearby work depending on the project.

How do I get a quote?

Call, WhatsApp, or use the enquiry form on our Contact page. For society work we visit the site, assess the problem and give a clear written quote with transparent pricing.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. All work is billed with proper GST invoices that society accounts and company finance teams can process.

How fast do you respond to emergencies?

Our 24x7 line dispatches the nearest available technician immediately. Water stoppages, flooded basements and total power failures are treated as top-priority emergencies, day or night.

Did not find your question?
